Venture Inside: Christmas Party 2025 — Celebrating Team, Friendship, and Local Community
At Venture Group, the relationships behind the work matter just as much as the work itself. Our 2025 Christmas party was a reminder of that as we spent a morning together celebrating friendships, reflecting on the year, and enjoying time as a team.
We began the day by sharing the best thing that happened to each of us this year. It was a simple but meaningful way to pause, reflect, and recognize the moments that made the year special both personally and professionally.
After that, we headed to the Neosho square for a unique team activity — shopping for one another at local boutiques. Each teammate was tasked with finding the perfect outfit for someone else, which led to plenty of laughs and thoughtful moments along the way. Supporting local businesses while spending time together made the experience even more special.
We want to give a huge thank you to The Rowe, Magnolia Sunshine, and Miss Daisy’s for welcoming us into their stores and letting us take over for the morning. Their hospitality helped turn our team celebration into an unforgettable experience.
Moments like these are a reminder of why culture matters. We’re grateful for one another, thankful for the community we work in, and proud to be part of a team that truly enjoys working together. We’ll be sharing a video soon highlighting all the fun, laughter, and memories from the day.
